Chad Kroeger and Corey Taylor have been feuding for weeks now after Kroeger took a shot at Stone Sour and called them “Nickelback Lite.”
“Corey Taylor has said some really nasty things about me before in the press,” Chad Kroeger said in a recent interview. “He talks about how easy it is to write a hit song. Well, show me. Show me. Write one. I have yet to hear one. They’re okay. But they’re not as good as Nickelback. They sound like ‘Nickelback Lite.’”
Corey Taylor then responded by saying Chad Kroeger has a “face like a foot” and he recently made some more comments about Kroeger. Taylor did an interview with KISW at their Pain in the Grass event, and he compared Chad Kroeger to KFC.
“I’ll tell you what. This is how I figured it out. Chad Kroeger is to rock what KFC is to chicken. Is that wrong? I feel like I’m not wrong. I’ll still eat it, but I’m not gonna feel good about it. It tastes like the same thing.”
