Brendon Urie is currently singing in “Kinky Boots” on Broadway, and his run is set to come to an end in early August.
Urie recently spoke to People about his experience on Broadway, and according to the Panic! At The Disco singer, he wants to pursue more acting in the future.
“There’s a lot. One time at brunch, [Kinky Boots songwriter] Cyndi Lauper told me, ‘So you’ve never done acting before?’ ‘No, not really.’ ‘You’re gonna be a movie star, mark my words.’ Well, if Cyndi Lauper says it, I’m gonna pursue that! I would love to act more. I caught the Broadway bug.”
