Stephen Jenkins and Brad Hargreaves aren’t just rock stars, it turns out that they might actually be superheroes in disguise as well.
According to TMZ the Third Eye Blind frontman and drummer were hanging out on Carolina Beach last Wednesday when they heard 4 boys, whose ages ranged from 12 to 15, in the water calling for help. The kids reportedly got caught up in a rip current and they were pulled 100 yards into the water. Jenkins and Hargreaves then made their way over to the kids and placed them on their surfboards while they paddled them back to safety.
Third Eye Blind’s manager Luke McNees told TMZ everyone was ok when they reached the shore and the boys were grateful that Stephen and Brad helped them.
