“Turn It Around: The Story Of East Bay Punk” is a documentary that has some big names attached to it. Green Day are attached as executive producers, and Iggy Pop is the narrator of the film.
The movie also features members of Rancid, The Offspring, Metallica and more.
The film is set to premiere at the opening night film of the 16th SF DOCFEST on May 31st. An initial one week theatrical run will kick off at the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in San Francisco starting June 2nd. There will also be screenings across the USA that match up with Green Day’s Revolution Radio World Tour.
